There will be a minimum shipping and handling fee of $4.00 on sales. For orders of multiple specimens, shipping fees may be higher depending on weight, to reflect the recently increased Priority Mail postal charges for orders over one pound and the distance from Houston. Shipping and handling for international orders will be set based on the weight of the specimens and packing. On large orders I will usually absorb some of the postage charges as a discount to the purchaser. Shipments within the United States will be priority mail, unless UPS is requested. International shipments will be by International Air Package Mail, unless other arrangements are suggested.

Specimens can be reserved by sending an email message indicating which minerals are wanted. Specimens will then be reserved for two weeks to give you time to send payment. If payment is not received in a reasonable time, the reserve designation will be removed and the specimen offered for sale again. With established accounts, specimens will be sent on approval with the receipt of an email indicating the specimens desired.

All orders carry a 10 day money back guarantee, if the specimen is returned to us within that time, in the original packing, insured for the full retail value.
